Speakers Bureau
In an effort to increase awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and
dispel myths and fallacies that surround dementia, the Alois Alzheimer
Center provides a free Speakers’ Bureau to the community. Experts
in Alzheimer’s disease, caregiving strategies, program development,
and research and community resources are available to speak to large
or small groups in the community. Past educational programs have
included such topics as, “Overview of Alzheimer’s Disease
and Dementia,” “Caring for the Caregiver,” and “How
to Select a Program/Facility for Individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease
and Dementia.” A program can be scheduled by calling the
Center at (513) 605-1000 and asking to talk with a Speakers’ Bureau
representative.
